Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact to avoid processing delays.
Post Your Parcel
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit code or exchange confirmation within 5 business days.
